In the heart of Patras, an early 20th-century stone-built neoclassical triplex is brought back to life through a thoughtful restoration and interior redesign. The project highlights the building’s historic identity while meeting the needs of contemporary living.

The restored residence now hosts four bright and functional apartments, two of which feature elegant loft spaces—perfect for bedrooms, home offices, or creative uses. The open-plan layout allows natural light to flow seamlessly through the interiors, enhancing the sense of space and connection between areas.

Seamless Integration of Accessibility and Heritage
A compact elevator was discreetly integrated, improving accessibility without compromising the architectural balance of the building. Inside, the design draws inspiration from the building’s neoclassical heritage, incorporating pastel tones, wooden flooring, and finely detailed windows and doors, blending modern functionality with classical elegance.

Restoring the Façade: A Dialogue Between Past and Present
The original façade has been preserved, revitalized with a light, natural color palette that emphasizes the stone texture and the grace of traditional proportions. The result is a harmonious dialogue between old and new, offering a residential space with strong character, timeless style, and architectural integrity.

A Benchmark in Heritage Renovation in Greece
This project stands as a prime example of heritage building renovation in Greece, balancing history with contemporary urban living in the vibrant context of Patras.
