Theros Primitive is a residential complex of four independent villas nestled within a thriving lemon grove in Aigio, Greece. Our teams’ vision was to create a serene retreat where architecture harmonizes with nature — a place that embodies the simplicity and elemental beauty of summer living.

Each villa has been thoughtfully designed to offer privacy, natural light, and uninterrupted views of the surrounding citrus landscape. The architectural language is defined by clean, monolithic volumes, earthy textures, and a restrained material palette that complements the Mediterranean setting. At the heart of each residence lies a private swimming pool, seamlessly integrated into the layout, offering both cooling relief and a strong visual focus.
The design draws inspiration from primitive architecture, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Shaded courtyards, deep overhangs, and raw natural materials like stone, timber, and lime-washed surfaces emphasize a tactile, grounded experience. The orientation and form of each structure respond to the microclimate of the region, ensuring passive cooling and an immersive connection to the grove.

Where Architecture Meets the Mediterranean Soul
Theros Primitive is not just a collection of summer homes — it’s a spatial narrative about rhythm, memory, and landscape. Whether experienced as a short escape or a long retreat, each villa invites its inhabitants to reconnect with the Mediterranean way of life: slow, sensory, and deeply rooted in the environment.
