In the coastal suburb of Vouliagmeni, just steps from the sea and surrounded by pine trees, we completed the full renovation and interior redesign of a 75 sq.m. apartment. The goal was to create a modern living space that combines functionality, elegance, and a sense of calm.
This corner apartment, naturally lit from two orientations, was redesigned following the principles of minimalist architecture. A neutral, earthy color palette and natural materials—such as wood and stone—were selected to establish a sense of warmth, clarity, and connection to the Mediterranean environment.
Meet the Mind Behind Siaini Architecture
One of the key design challenges was to add a second bedroom and an additional bathroom, without compromising the apartment’s overall spatial efficiency. Through a strategic reconfiguration of the floor plan, we creatively optimized every square meter. The kitchen was relocated to the center of the home and designed with integrated cabinetry and hidden doors, discreetly leading to the bedrooms and WC while preserving the clean visual flow.

Every design decision served the dual purpose of maximizing usable space and enhancing aesthetic coherence. The result is a refined, contemporary home that reflects a calm and functional way of living—ideal for its premium seaside location in Athens.
